Dig In Baseball continues to expand, serving players from ages 8 to 22 as the pre-eminent baseball training, development and placement organization in Maryland. As a growing organization, Dig In Baseball constantly seeks highly qualified coaches and instructors to join our staff.

Internship Program:
This program is not only designed to kickstart coaching careers, but to also bring a more personable coaching experience to our younger teams and players. If you want a short term commitment in-between classes that shows the youth community your passions and knowledge of the game, this is the place to be.
Personal Training:
We offer personal training space to independent contractors during the day for a unique and private experience for your clients.
Head Coach:
Requirements: A qualified baseball background through college baseball. Energetic, must work well with parents and players, and have great communication, leadership and management skills. Candidate must have a deep love for baseball, working with kids, and a real enthusiasm for teaching the game. Must be able to travel on weekends. Criminal background check required.
Assistant Coach:
Requirements: A qualified baseball background through college baseball, or some college baseball with high school experience. Energetic, must work well with parents and players, and have great communication, leadership and management skills. Candidate must have a deep love for baseball, working with kids, and real enthusiasm for teaching the game. Must be able to travel on weekends. Criminal background check required.
